Welcome to Montana Studios

Montana Studios is now open from 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays by appointment.

Montana Studios was set up in 2009 by Sara Hopson from Bristol's Holey Skin and leading industry Tattoo Artist, Kouri Montana. The studios are based in the heart of vibrant and cultural Bath City Centre, specializing in Freehand, Custom, Oriental, Tribal, Portraits, Maori, Polynesian and Biomechanical as well as New School and Old Skool tattooing. Tattoo and design images are all situated in the gallery section where the work speaks for itself.

Clients travel from all over the UK as well as internationally for Kouri’s custom designs and are now able to combine their visits with some Bath sightseeing and shopping!!

The state-of-the-art studios, which are equipped with the latest tattoo and hygiene technology are of course fully environmental health registered. With three Tattoo Artists in situ, the studios, which are open 7 days a week accept walk-ins, although appointments are usually preferable.

In addition, the Montana Training Academy is also based at the studios. The course, set up in 2005 at alternative premises runs over 6 weeks and has already produced countless working artists, one who has set up her own studios in Torquay.
